LeadiumX ("LeadiumX," "we," "us," or "our") operates a ringless voicemail (RVM) and messaging platform that lets businesses deliver pre-recorded voicemails and communications to their contacts. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, and safeguard information when you use our website and application (the "Service"). By using the Service you agree to the practices described here.

2. Information We Collect

• Account data: name, email, company, password (hashed), and billing details.
• Campaign data: recipient phone numbers, contact lists you upload, audio recordings, scripts, caller IDs, and delivery results.
• Usage data: log data, device and browser information, IP address, and interactions with the Service.
• Consent records: evidence of the consent you represent you have obtained from your contacts, and opt-out (Do-Not-Contact) requests.

3. How We Use Information

We use information to:

• Provide, operate, and maintain the Service;
• Deliver voicemail and messaging campaigns you create;
• Process payments and manage credit balances;
• Enforce compliance controls (DNC suppression, local-hour windows, opt-out handling);
• Detect, prevent, and address fraud, abuse, and security issues; and
• Comply with legal obligations.

4. A2P Messaging & Consent

LeadiumX supports Application-to-Person (A2P) communications. As a sender using our platform, you are the message originator and are solely responsible for obtaining and maintaining prior express consent from every recipient before contacting them, in accordance with the TCPA, CTIA messaging principles, carrier A2P 10DLC requirements, and all applicable laws. You must:

• Maintain records of consent and provide them to us on request;
• Honor opt-out and Do-Not-Contact requests promptly and permanently;
• Clearly identify yourself as the sender in every message; and
• Not use the Service for prohibited content (including unlawful, deceptive, or the SHAFT categories — sex, hate, alcohol, firearms, tobacco — where prohibited by carriers).

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these requirements. We do not sell the phone numbers or contact lists you upload.

5. How We Share Information

We share information only with service providers who help us operate the Service — including voicemail-delivery carriers, cloud hosting, payment processors, and voice/AI providers — under contracts that limit their use of the data. We may also disclose information to comply with law, enforce our terms, or protect rights and safety. We do not sell your personal information.

6. Data Retention & Security

We retain information for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide the Service and meet legal obligations. We use industry-standard technical and organizational measures to protect data, but no method of transmission or storage is 100% secure.

7. Your Rights
